My car was diagnosed and fixed promptly by kind people. Great experience!

Came in for oil change on my 100k Corvette and had grease prints inside and outside vehicle and was not even asked if I wanted a car detail or vacuum

I had a problem with them returning any phone calls I made. I had asked them if they accept Zürich extended warranty they said they didn’t know. They said they would have to do the work first and then check that makes no sense

Nice showroom, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations during the purchasing process. Efficiently streamlined prepping the vehicle, temp tags & transfer of tags. I’ve worked with other dealerships who weren’t as thorough. Thorough setup in new vehicle as we transferred Sirius and OnStar. I have a dealer just minutes from my home, but would drive the hour to this dealer for my next purchase.

I worked with my salesman Art whom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and most important, dedicated to his buyer. He taught me about the new info system and explained a lot of details I had no clue about. From start to finish he was very personable, and you don’t find that often anymore. I would recommend anyone to see ART at BAM. If you want a great, funny, personable experience, he is your guy! I downgraded from a full size truck to a new Colorado! Thank you Art for knowing so much about the vehicle and making me feel comfortable through the whole process.
